Educational Services to Lenders
Boston & Associates provides training courses for bank's field examiners in all aspects of the field exam process. Boston & Associates also provides seminars to Asset Based Lenders, Workout Lenders and other loan officers. These seminars deal with the Field Audit and Fraud Investigation (Building Loans and the Use of Field Exams) and Financial Statement Fraud and Fraud Investigation. We would be happy to provide our training courses and seminars to your examiners and lenders at no cost to the bank.

Auditing & Accounting Services
Boston & Associates, P.C. provides businesses with Audits, Reviews, or Compilations of their financial statements. An Audit is performed to express an opinion of the fairness of a company's financial position. Procedures are performed to enable our firm to determine that the company's financial statements accurately reflect the true financial condition of the company. A Review, though not as involved as an Audit, provides the client with a financial report expressing limited assurance that no material changes are necessary to the financial statements. A review will provide a client with the satisfaction of having our firm review financial statements and records to ensure that all are properly maintained. A Compilation is performed to help the client arrange financial information into a financial statement format, without expressing any assurance on the figures. Boston & Associates, P.C. will work with each client to determine what level of service would be best for their needs. Financial Planning
Financial Planning has become a necessity for many of our clients. Boston & Associates, P.C. recognizes that as our clients prosper, it is important to ensure that they can adequately arrange their finances to attain their goals. We strive to take a personal interest in a client's personal finances and offer objective and independent advice on such areas as: Retirement Planning, Education Savings, Investment Strategies, Insurance Needs, Estate Tax Planning and Real Estate Investment. We do not accept any commissions and we do not sell any financial products. By conducting an in-depth interview and becoming involved in all aspects of a client's financial affairs, we can help make goals attainable and financial planning simple. Our fees are based on hourly rates. Since we do not accept commissions or broker fees, the client can be sure that all advice is completely without bias. One of our Partners, Edward Cooke, is a Certified Financial Planner and works with each client requiring financial planning. As a CFP, he has met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP Board, has successfully completed financial planning course work and has passed the certification examinations in: the financial planning process, risk management, investments, tax planning and management, retirement and employee benefits, and estate planning.
