Principal

Bob earned his Bachelors Degree and M.B.A. in Finance from Temple University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of Financial, Accounting, Auditing and Tax experience. He manages and participates in due diligence examinations, collateral examinations and troubled loan examinations. He is also involved in the preparation of compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements, as well as the preparation and review of corporate, individual, trust and non-profit tax returns. He is also responsible for the management, training and education of junior staff members. Bob manages the installation and maintenance of all technologies employed within the firm. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
